The aim of this project was to develop assays that will allow for high-throughput screening to monitor adipogenesis. Such an assay may be useful for the identification of potential drug targets during the process of adipogenesis, which may result in discovering novel solutions to combat obesity and its related comorbidities. The main question for this study is whether adipogenesis can be assessed in smaller well sizes (such as the 96-well plate) with confidence using the specified methods.en_US
