Abstract

Research comprises an investigation and analysis on Sex Work regulation in South Africa. It is inclusive of the historical account, the description of various Sex Work regulation frameworks, an account of experiences of sex workers in South Africa and the proposal of the adequate regulation in the context of South Africa in pursuing Sex Work Decriminalisation.
